BTL Lisboa welcomes a seminar on creative tourism

Tourism professionals and delegates of local governments participated in the Seminar on Creative Tourism organized by the Creative Tourism Network® within the framework of the International Tourism Fair of Lisbon -BTL.

Representatives of the Creative Tourism Network®, as well as from destinations like Loulé (Algarve, Portugal) or Porto Alegre (Brazil) shared their experiences and Best practices with stakeholders willing to develop this new tourist trend. 

Loulé Criativo was also presented on the booth of Algarve Tourism, as a pionneering program aimed to foster the creative tourism as well as to create a branding using the creative tourism as a motor for the local dynamization.

New creative tourism destinations in Portugal and Brazil will be announced soon.

 We finally would like to congratulate and to thank again the organization of BTL for welcoming this event. It is an honor to participate in such important Fair and to collaborate with a so kind and efficient team.  Obrigada!

Our pleasure to collaborate, once again with the Master in World Heritage and Cultural Projects for Development, organized by the University of Barcelona, the Turin School of Development and the UNESCO. Our congratulations to the students who demonstrate their competences and crerativity within the workshop on creative trourism!

 The Programme provides a solid foundation in a variety of cultural economics topics and explores in detail the economic, social, institutional and legal considerations that govern the diverse UNESCO Conventions (World Heritage, Intangible, Diversity of Cultural Expressions).
