La directora del Creative Tourism Network®, Caroline Couret, intervino en el Congreso Mundial de la Internacional de Civilizaciones y Turismo Creativo, que tuvo lugar el 30 de noviembre en Sofía, organizado por la Organización Mundial del Turismo (OMT) y el Ministerio de Turismo de Bulgaria.
