Take part in an immersive 8-hour experience in Saint-Savinien-sur-Charente with Jérôme, a cutler and artistic blacksmith, to craft a raw-forged knife. You will learn the basics of traditional forging: from the blade to the handle, including heat treatments and sharpening. The workshop is open to all, by reservation year-round, in small groups. At the end, you’ll take home your own hand-forged knife — a unique creation.
