Anna and Salvi open their doors to their farm to show us the role of sheep on farms. They organize visits where they explain how they care for their flock of sheep to obtain quality mutton and milk that they later transform into curds, cheeses and yoghurts. At the end of the visit, Anna and Salvi also give a demonstration on how to work with wool. The visit to their house is a way of explaining the importance of livestock, how to take good care of natural resources and consume locally-sourced products.
