Created by the Creative Tourism Network®, these prestigious Awards aim to reward companies, projects, and destinations worldwide that foster creative tourism under all its forms and vehiculates its positive values.
The international jury of the Creative Tourism Awards, composed of international experts in tourism marketing and creative economy, took on the heavy task to select the winners among a total of 206 applications, from 26 countries.
The main criteria were the use of creativity to design unique experiences and to create an ecosystem at a local scape.
This level demonstrates how creative tourism has developed in recent years, becoming a model of virtuous tourism, adaptable to the most diverse contexts, businesses, and landscapes.
For Caroline Couret, director of the Creative Tourism Network®, “this high participation demonstrates how creative tourism has developed in recent years, becoming a model of virtuous tourism, adaptable to the most diverse contexts, businesses, and landscapes. Creative tourism was even one of the few tourism segments compatible with COVID-19 restrictions. It is our mission to identify and give our support to these initiatives around the world that are betting on a new and sustainable tourism model”.
The winners will benefit from the international promotion of the Creative Tourism Network®, as well as strategic collaborations and synergies.
