The Creative Tourism Awards for “Best Strategy for Creative Tourism Development” and “Best Creative Destination” were revealed last January 24th, within the frame of the FITUR, International Tourism Trade in Madrid.
The Brazilian creative tourism network “RECRIA“, for the Strategy and “CreativeSwitzerland” for the Destination, convinced the international panel of judges who overcame the challenge to select the awardees among 179 applications, all accrediting a high level of creativity, authenticity and sustainability.
Winners of three categories of the Creative Tourism Awards 2018 had already been revealed last November within the World Travel Market, namely:
- B-Holidays (France) as Best Creative Travel Agency
- Habiba Organic Farm (Egypt) as Best Creative Residency
- DouroWellcome (Portugal) as Best Creative Experiences
